Caleb's farewell site

Our family decided to visit the site where Joshua, Kristin and Rikki set loose some helium balloons outside the Womens and Children's Hospital in Adelaide after we were released upon Caleb's death (9 June 2005). It may become a tradition of rememberance for us. This particular day it was very cold at the bench where we sat 2 years ago (minus Simeon!) and reflected upon what had just happened across the road.

For the curious (like Joshua), the plaque on the bench commemorates those who suffered or lost their lives as a result of atomic testing conducted at Maralinga etc in South Australia's north-western region.
